Sarah has a career focus on improving the lives of older adults, and extensive practical experience with system-level knowledge translation and exchange. She is passionate about helping people to learn from each other and leverage relevant and reliable evidence to inform their local work. With a Masters in Health Studies, Sarah has a knack for engaging people in shared learning and solution-finding. Within the Niagara Connects network, Sarah leverages digital platforms such as the Niagara Knowledge Exchange tool, to accelerate and strengthen this work.
Sarah is also a Knowledge Broker with Ontario’s Seniors Health Knowledge Network, Gestalt Collective, and the Ontario Age-Friendly Community Planning Outreach Initiative.
